You can use First Aid Kits to heal yourself, but it makes you exposed for like 20 seconds or more while you're healing yourself.
But sometimes, you're almost dieing, and no one can help you, so you can use the pain pills to have some more health for a brief time.
When the players spot items, they yell like "Molotovs here! Weapons here! Pills here!"
Somehow, the characther LOUIS (the black guy) when as a bot, tends to say "Pills here" more than other people. So there's a stupid meme saying he's addicted, blah blah.
