It's a opensource software. (Opensource software is a program that anyone is free to use, share, modificate, and even SELL it.)
With this software you can make: Magic Cards (all the set types) VS Cards and Yu-Gi-Oh cards.

Scroll down the screen and choose one of the follow options, depending of your operational system:

mse2-2007-09-21.exe ---> For those who use Windows
mse2-2007-09-21-windows-9x-fix.zip --> Seems the Windows 95 and Windows 98 users got some troubles in order to use it in their O.S., it's a fixing pack, ONLY download it if you use Windows 95/98/Me
The "REDUCED" versions are the same as above but the download file have less size. (But Less cards models too, choose it if you have an dialer connection or if you don't have pattience to download the full version)
